The cable of our door had twisted over the spool. They weren t able to fix it due to it having rusted through, but they came out the following day and fitted a new door. The service was quick and reliable and the door fitted is of good quality. Standard of workmanship is also good.
Gordon came out properly less than 2 hours after I rang the company. He very quickly replaced the broken bands on our garage door and got it working again.
Same day attendance and Ian the attending engineer quickly measured up the old garage door, rechecked the measurements, confirmed the existing motor was good for a new door. He explained the type of door we would get and the mechanism, the new steel frame to replace our rotten wood frame and suggested soffits to replace the perspex windows above. Requested quote on Sunday Morning had a reply within a couple of hours. Engineer survey on Monday, quoted same day and new door Tuesday Engineers were excellent.
Daniel the engineer, punctual, friendly, quick, knowing exactly what was required to do the repair and carrying it out astonishingly fast. Arranging the repair on the phone was very efficient throughout. Cost steep in the circumstances but relieved to get the garage door working again.
